There are full service production companies out there to help you with your projects. What many people don’t realize, though, is that some of the most talented people are freelancers, and we work together. We’re often brought in by those companies when needed, but much of our work comes direct from the clients, and we bring together a custom team of the best people for the job. Since there’s no overhead for a larger company, you get a great value for your budget.

The short answer - every job is different, and it all depends on your needs. There’s a comprehensive way to calculate an estimate based on the clarity gained from an initial conversation. Having said that, you can also use our handy-dandy project calculator (Beta) that uses AI to give you a rough estimate of the average costs of a production based on time, people, type, and final run time. Although it’s pretty darn accurate sometimes, it’s only a starting point - oftentimes there are efficiencies to be found to bring that number down, or special cases that require more than the average amount of manpower to pull off.
